Shipping policy

All our items are shipped from Singapore. We offer complimentary global shipping.

Items shipping within Singapore will be shipped by courier the next working day. You should receive your items within 3 working days, although sometimes there are delays outside our control. 

Items shipping outside of Singapore will be shipped with Fedex, Singpost or one of our partner carriers. International deliveries can take between 5-14 working days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item has shipped.

Taxes and duties are included in our prices. This means you do not pay anything extra to receive your item.
